a thorough exam completed

a chiropractic adjustment (or a referral, based on the findings)

nutritional recommendations and/or lab testing recommendations (extra fee)

expect to be with the doctor for 45-60 minutes
ON EVERY VISIT:

efficient (10 minute) and effective visits – because your time is important

we are here to help whether you want relief care or wellness

answer any questions you may have

encourage your participation for optimal wellness
PAYMENT:
We accept Cash, Credit Card and Personal Checks.
APPOINTMENTS:
You may schedule online for Dr. Gonçalves & Dr. Frank or call/e-mail the office if you cannot find an appointment online that works for you.
PLEASE be respectful to those people on the waiting list. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, if necessary.
****Patients will be charged for missed appointments.****
INSURANCE:
We are not contracted with any insurance companies and will NOT submit, nor give you a specific receipt to submit for insurance reimbursement.
