We believe every family should have access to chiropractic care.
Our goal, as your wellness care provider, is to support you with regular and consistent care.

Below are Wellness Plan options, as well as Pay As You Go options.

Step 1: Schedule a New Patient Appointment or Reactivation Appointment (if you have been a patient previously within 2 years).
Step 2: Decide whether you want to apply your Reactivation fees to your Wellness Plan's first month fees OR Pay As You Go.
Step 3: Enjoy Quality Chiropractic Care for you and your family. It's as easy as that!

Each plan includes 2 visits/month/person in your Wellness Plan (more visits may be determined necessary by your doctor) AND 1 supplement check/family/month.

If you decide that a Wellness Plan is not the right option for you, we've still got you covered!
